Station One
5 Seymour Street Middlebury, VT 05753

Station One of the Middlebury Fire Department is located in downtown Middlebury on 5 Seymour Street. The ground floor of the four bay building houses Engine 3, Engine 1, Utility 1, Ladder 1, and Brush 1, as well as two antique pumpers. The south end of the ground floor also offers access to the station’s three story hose tower while between the north and south bays sits the department’s radio room. Upstairs, the south side of the firehouse contains the Middlebury Fire Department’s main meeting room, which is adorned with pictures depicting the department’s evolution as well as muster games trophies and awards. The north side of Station One includes a chief’s office, kitchen, sofas, and pool table. The basement of Station One is utilized for storage and a training space, as well as housing the department’s Poseidon compressed air system.
Station Two
East Main Street, East Middlebury

Station Two of the Middlebury Fire Department is located centrally in East Middlebury at the intersection of East Main Street and King’s Row. This one story firehouse contains Engine 2, Utility 2, Tanker 1, and the 1930 Seagrave pumper named “Old Betsy.” The north end of the building is home to the Middlebury Fire Department’s fitness center, which includes a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical machine, free weights, and weight machine.
